• Check In: after 3:00pm/Check Out: by 11:00am
• If booking within 24 hours, please call or text (920) 743-8892 and let the innkeeper know to expect you
• Cancellations within 72 hours of the stay will be charged in full for the entire stay.  Anything between 72 hours and 1 week exactly of the 3:00 check-in time on the day of check in will incur a $35 fee. Full refunds are available for cancellations that occur prior to 1 week exactly of the 3:00 check-in time.  We understand that things happen, but regardless of the reason of your cancellation, we do have a business to run and we cannot necessarily re-book the room quickly and will then lose that profit if we offer more lenient refunds.  Thank you for your understanding.
• A deposit is taken out in full at the time of your booking
• We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
• We reserve the right to charge the credit card on file for any charges or damages accrued during your stay.
• Rates are for 1-2 adults. Additional occupants are charged as follows:
  $30 / adult / day
  $20 / child / day (for children over the age of 2)         

Policies regarding children:
The Black Walnut bed and breakfast primarily caters to adults. We recommend not bringing children between the ages of 2 and 12. This is an older building as most bed and breakfasts are; and the entire building is not childproofed... Guests bringing children will be required to monitor them at all times, control their level of volume and sign a waiver of liability. Thank you for your understanding!
